Gregg leads PMB Defence’s engineering and technology strategy, drawing on a career delivering advanced energy systems across automotive, motorsport, public transport and defence-relevant applications. He has led high-performing technical teams through complex development programs, including Formula 1 control and hybrid powertrain systems, Formula E battery technology and Australia’s first battery-electric transit bus.

His leadership is focused on building capable teams, translating advanced technology into successful products, and working with international partners to bring new capability into Australia. Gregg’s practical engineering judgement and delivery experience support PMB’s continued success as a world leader in submarine battery solutions.
