Whistleblower Eligibility

An ‘Eligible Whistleblower/Discloser’ includes current and former:

• Employees;
• Officers;
• Directors;
• Contractors or suppliers (and their employees) who supply goods and services (whether paid or unpaid);
• Consultants;
• Individuals who are associates or a regulated entity;
• In relation to a regulated entity that is a superannuation entity:
  • Individual trustees, custodians or investment managers of the superannuation entity;
  • Officers of a body corporate that are trustees, custodians or investment managers of the superannuation entity;
  • Employees of trustees, custodians or investment managers of the superannuation entity;
  • Individual contractors (and their employees) who supply goods and services to trustees, custodians or investment managers of the superannuation entity (whether paid or unpaid).
  • Relatives, dependants, spouses, or dependents of a spouse of any of the above
